FIELD PROJECT ENGINEER
Location: Alabama & Florida
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 + Great BenefitsSupport Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day project operations. Coordinate with owners, inspectors, crews, and subcontractors. Monitor construction to ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Assist with project scheduling, material procurement, and quantity tracking. Position Summary
The Bridge Foreman is responsible for directly supervising bridge construction crews and coordinating daily field activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. - Qualifications
5+ years of bridge or heavy highway construction experience preferred.
Previous experience supervising bridge construction crews.
Strong understanding of bridge construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Ability to operate effectively around heavy equipment and active construction operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as required by project needs.
OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and work around construction equipment for extended periods.
Ability to work at heights and in confined or difficult-to-access areas when required.
Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment as necessary.
Must be capable of wearing required personal protective equipment.
